The Issues

Treasure Island:

Anti-Union

-Discourages workers from unionizing

-Has a history of decertifying union

Low pay scale

-Does not hire experienced workers

-Will not pay them as much as they made at the co-op

Unfair scheduling

-Worker schedules changing every couple of days which means its hard to find baby-stting, make appointments, plan weeks, etc.

-Discourages full-time working status, giving workers no benefits and less hours to make money.
